Customer Service Sales Support

Our client is seeking an Customer Service Sales Support to join their growing team. The selected individual will be responsible for providing customer service to the agency’s internal and external customers. This role will entail answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting orders, and creating quotes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization skills; as well as have the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and technical documentation.
• Communicate order status to customers, address and resolve any issues that arise, manage product returns, log customer complaints or concerns in the CRM system. 
• Coordinate with all departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits.
• Maintain a strong understanding of assigned engineered products and their applications.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-high school education highly preferred.
• Minimum of one-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management required. 
• Familiarity with technical drawings or CAD preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic and basic algebra required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
